“ Paulie's makes a strong drink, but what really made me keep coming year after year around spring/summer is because a lot of people aren't aware that they have a rooftop option that looks spectacular at night. Once they open around 7PM, they will walk you out of the building to a different entrance with an elevator. Once you're up, you have a breath-taking view of the Manhattan Skyline and some really strong, cold drinks to enjoy it with. They also put a lot of their drinks into a bag, which makes for a really interesting experience in and of itself. ”
